Started my Jury Service today. I can’t actually stress how boring it has been. When people tell you “Oh take a book you’ll be sitting around” they are completely underestimating the sheer boredom they were exposed to. However I still nipped out of court and had a pint and a browse through the record shop. Came away with Bauhaus’s cover of Ziggy Stardust which I like, However I was more intrigued by the Velvet Underground cover on the B Side, Which I’ve not heard before. Also got The Cure’s Close To Me single, As well, It’s The Cure, Needs no explanation.
